Inspired by the viral narratives behind Humans of New York, we turned Authentic's hometown of Richmond, Virginia, into a backdrop for inspiring dog stories–complete with scenes of Southern porches, sweeping vistas, farrier vans, and adorable games of fetch.

The result was a playlist of compelling customer narratives that became multimedia scenes for engagement.
